Building Community

Building community is more than putting up buildings.

We seek to foster a strong sense of community in Bryn Eyre by offering a variety of attractive and inviting destinations where residents can gather.

Old-fashioned small-town warmth with modern conveniences

Bryn Eyre residents will know their neighbors. Their kids will play with neighborhood children. Why? Because town residents will share amenities and activities within a short walk of their home. Because the kids will walk to school and play in the park together. Because town squares and plazas are good places to make friends. By offering neighborhood and community parks, convenient recreational areas, planned events, strategically located schools within easy walking distance for most kids, churches, workplaces, and shopping, we will provide Bryn Eyre residents a reason to get out of their homes and enjoy being part of the community.

People, not cars, are the most important part of a neighborhood! So in Bryn Eyre, we will accommodate cars but build for people.

Based upon the experience of new town developments across the country, we anticipate that a diverse group of residents will call Bryn Eyre home. They will include single professionals and young couples who appreciate the community for its friendliness and affordability; parents who like the safety of the pedestrian-oriented setting and will enjoy the opportunities for companionship with other families; and empty nesters, who appreciate low-maintenance living.
